2. Zero Commercialization Policy
Rag-e-Jaan exists solely for humanitarian blood donation support:
- No financial charges or fees are imposed for blood requests or donor matches.
- Demanding or offering money for blood donations is strictly illegal and will result in immediate permanent account termination and legal reporting.
3. User & Donor Eligibility
Donors must satisfy blood donation health guidelines established by certified medical authorities:
- Donors should be between 18 to 65 years of age and meet medical health standards.
- Users agree to provide accurate blood group, hospital location, and contact information.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Rag-e-Jaan is a digital matching facilitator and does NOT operate medical blood testing laboratories. Hospital authorities and blood banks remain responsible for verifying donor compatibility, hemoglobin screening, and blood testing before transfusion.
5. Platform Rights & Governance
