• Technical Identifiers: OneSignal push notification tokens and device IDs for real-time dispatch alerts.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for humanitarian emergency blood donation purposes:

• Matching patients in emergency need with compatible nearby blood donors.
• Sending high-priority push notifications and alerts for urgent blood requirements.
• Maintaining replacement blood ledgers (1 Unit Udhaar balance) to ensure transparent hospital transactions.
• Awarding milestone hero donor badges (1st Donation, 5th Donation, 10th Hero).
• Verifying requests through direct admin assistance.

3. Data Sharing & Privacy Controls

Rag-e-Jaan does NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to any third party.

• Donor Contact Visibility: Donor details are shared ONLY when a donor explicitly accepts an emergency request to coordinate with the patient.
• Admin Supervision: Certified Rag-e-Jaan administrators review requests to prevent spam or fraudulent entries.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You have the right to modify or delete your profile at any time. If you wish to permanently delete your Rag-e-Jaan account and associated data, you can do so directly within the App Settings or by contacting us at info@tesnova.com.
